This hotel has a great location with rooms that offer stunning views overlooking the lake. I was lucky enough to have a room with a private balcony where I could appreciate the magnificent lake in its entirety. The room itself was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Despite being a little dated, it had all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and provided good service, and the complimentary breakfast on the first morning was a nice touch.
All in all, this hotel was alright, with very little to complain about.

Great Spot for Exploring the City!
Stayed in a lovely hotel with fantastic views and a cool swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful with excellent service, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location was outstanding, and I felt safe wandering around the city. Restaurant was feasible and delicious, especially the pizza. Availability of elevator could get visitors up or down the floors more convenient.
The rooms were slightly cramped, and there was no fridge or mini-bar. Wished there was an ATM in the lobby and a fridge with a freezer to freeze water bottles during the night for the next day's exploration.

We also loved the refreshing and clean swimming pool.
The pool area was a bit crowded and lacked seating but this certainly didn't detract from our enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The noise from the motorbike taxis passing by in the morning was a little inconvenient.

The hotel had some great views and the room was a good size. I enjoyed the muffins and biscuits they provided for breakfast. the location was perfect as it was close to several attractions.
The shower didn't heat up, which wasn't ideal. the music playing early in the morning was really loud and made it challenging to sleep.

They contacted the taxi driver to retrieve a forgotten bag, and within an hour, we had it back in our possession. The level of dedication and helpfulness demonstrated by the staff was truly impressive. Despite this small hiccup, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, with clean rooms, a good breakfast, and fast wifi. The hotel also offers a great view of the lake, especially from rooms 301 or 401 with corner vistas. I highly recommend Hotel Sabana for a worthwhile and pleasant stay.
